Team building and communication skills- The students were challenged to make the tallest free-standing structure possible in 40 minutes using only spaghetti and marshmallow- Not an easy task!
Grade 8, Language Arts: Students have been working on the concept of GLOBALIZATION and what it means to be regarded as a global citizen. The group discussed the positive and negative impacts of this and summarized how they feel it will impact on their lives in the future.
Grade 8 Art and Design. Examining the work from Roy Lichtenstein, Julian Opi and James Rosenquist the students have been working on studies in a variety of media in preparation for a large scale painted piece.
